Affordable Housing

Metropolis participates in the City of Irvine’s Affordable Housing Program with eligibility in the Very Low and Moderate Program. Please see the table below regarding income requirements and rental rates. We have the following affordable housing apartment mix at Metropolis: Studios – 2, 1 bedrooms – 16, 2 bedrooms – 27, 3 bedrooms – 2.
